Ambev, formally known as Companhia de Bebidas das Am�ricas, is a prominent Brazilian beverage company established in 1999 through the merger of two historic breweries, Companhia Cervejaria Brahma and Companhia Antarctica Paulista. Headquartered in S�o Paulo, Ambev is part of the Anheuser-Busch InBev group, the largest beer manufacturer globally. The company controls about 69% of the Brazilian beer market and ranks as the 11th largest company in Brazil by net revenue.
