Moeve, formerly known as Cepsa, is a Spanish multinational integrated energy and petroleum company based in Madrid. With over 11,000 employees, it operates across five continents and has a history spanning more than 90 years. Moeve operates three refineries in Spain, which account for about 40% of the country's refining capacity.
